Building up my time on the elliptical a little each day. Yesterday I did 3 sets of 10 minutes at resistance level 8. So far today I've done one set of 15 minutes at level 8. I plan to do 2 more sets today.
I'm still struggling with health issues. Every time I think I'm back on track I get sick again. I saw a surgeon last Wednesday. She says I have to be free from infection for 3 months before she does a colonoscopy to check things further. She did say if I have another infection before April she will order another cat scan to see if I may have an abscess. GoodMan and I have our once-in-a-lifetime trip to Europe coming up in March. The surgeon wrote a prescription for antibiotics just in case I have a flare up while I'm out of the country.
I'm hoping to lose the weight I've put on since August. So far I've lost about 5 pounds and then put 4 back on when we went to Costa Rica in January. Since then I've lost three...5 steps forward, 4 steps backward, and 3 more forward...just keep stepping...just keep stepping...
