Thanks for the support messages, they're really helpful. It's not easy to work out how to say thanks directly on here! A chance find of 'the Virgin Diet' by JJVirgin, in the library yesterday has been incredibly helpful in explaining the many pitfalls of following a purely calorie counting diet. This book is a fantastic conglomeration of the latest research, at the cellular level, of diet and digestion.
