Ancient Scheme Day 2 of Week #32 weigh-in. Interesting that daily carb intake averages in Dec and Jan are the lowest yet compared to the summer and fall yet body weight is slightly elevated over this period of time. Could be due to leg muscles responding to recovery and training from Thanksgiving injury??
