I got really sick yesterday from my low carb diet.
I threw up multiple times, and today my stomach still feels hard as a rock as i occasionally burp up vomit smell.
I am going to have to incorporate carbs back into my diet- if my body is so angry- there has to be something wrong, right?
does anyone else have experience with this?
I read on the internet that i might be dehydrated- so i am drinking a lot of water now too.
