yay, more weights coming off, i havnt stayed off ALL carbs, just mainly bread . pasta, rice . sugar. I'm happy :)also my PORTION size, I make sure i measure before i put in my mouth

patience is not my virtue! I have to work hard to remember that it does'nt happen overnight but in time results happen and i want lasting results , not a quick fix like fad diets, as after people lose the weight they put it back on because lets face it, who wants to eat one type of food forever lol
