Today must go on the calendar as the day I discovered Valhalla! You have to try this! 8 oz hot water 1 tbs salted butter 1 oz cream cheese 1 square 90% chocolate and 2 oz cream. It is pure heaven in a cup. Make sure the water is super hot and blend hot water,chocolate and cream cheese till smooth add in the rest and blend till frothy. sweeten per taste. ENJOY! I know I am. It is really good for a day where you are very short on carbs and calories.
