the bishop surprised me yesterday by joining me on my afternoon walk. He doesn't jog, but is a FAST walker and gave me no quarter. We did 9.1 km up and down hill in 1 hour 40 min. Good to have a companion for a change.
Woke up hungry again. This time got some warm milk and bread.
