Alhamdulillah turun 500gr, sarapan pepaya + telur rebus, snack ubi ungu+kopi hitam, makan siang mie goreng jawa, olahraga kettlebell 15 menit
60.6 kg Lost so far: 1 kg.    Still to go: 10.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
