Gidday my fat secret friend's from down under :) I have just come on to share I went to gym last night, I worked out extremely well. Running, rowing, weights. I go with my daughter, we have been going together for two years and before that I went since I was in my thirties. I have to say the low carb thing is new to me but I'm feeling better. I will not stop eating fruit or veges EVER, But I have cut out most of the high starchy ones, like potatoes, corn, bananas. My overall health has improved. I suffer from hayfever and that has gotten better to. I don't need to rely on the pills as much. I'm not even tempted to eat anything doughy now so that's really good as i used to love eating bread and I'd eat porridge in the morning (thinking I was doing myself a favour) WRONG lol. I'm trying to understand my body better and how it works best for me. GOOD THINGS TAKE TIME. Have a nice day all
