i feel its working . the goal for me is not fast weight loss but permanant life style change, so i can handle staying on it, I dont miss bread, i dont miss heavy food, im happy with my results, i am feeling better and will continue to persue my goals :)

biking1, no i havent, i have just been doing it the old fashioned way, except this time i leave bread out, no bread at all as i see its making a difference, my food is digesting better and i have more energy, not much hunger, i dont believe in cutting out fruit and veges, i believe we need the nutrients, i like eggs and fish ,chicken mainly, lamb to
