Since Aug 9, 2011 Not exercising at gym due to Lois's illness.
66.0 kg Lost so far: 27.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It may be technically true that if you keep your carbs in the 20-30 grams per day range you can eat as many calories as you want it is usually (maybe 95% of the time) not feasible and you will not meet your weight loss goals. Concentrate on low density (calorie) foods like cabbage, squash, cucumbers, salad, and find a sugar free fat free dressing like Walden Farms brand items.
