Hello all. I'm new to this site and have enjoyed reading all the comments that give support to fellow health seekers. It is avery tough time of the year to eat healthy and clean. I just wanted to remind everyone how importanat taking Vitamin D supplements are. There isn't much sun here on the East coast in winter and I elieve vitamin D greatly contributes to achieving a healthy body weight by keeping you energized.

this is true. last year when I had my physical my doctor told me to increase the vitamin D, that none of us was getting enough and I live in Florida. I told him I take Caltrate which has 600mg of D. He said take more. My and hubby and I take another 2000mg a day.
