thank you mahjohn. I was 263 when I had my baby.. lost just over 21 since I gave birth.... but this recent 11 is a nice start as you say. .. 91 to go!

I expect a large loss over the first 2-3 weeks, settling down after that to 2-3lbs a week...

nope I sure don't . I was at my happiest at 160. I was really active then. things came easy.
I started with small goals at first but I changed my mind and liked the idea of counting down from 100 lol
