Dinner:: a microwaveable beef n broccoli with half an apple and some strawberries

Thank you ladies. Holly I refuse to cook right now it's too hot that even with a.c it's not 100% cool with Temps reaching 42 with the humidex

I don't blame you Erin, that's crazy hot. We're looking at heat indexes of 103-105 by the weekend here as well 🥵 stay cool as you can. Lots of iced peppermint tea

So hot! I don’t often give in to my son’s requests for a slushi after school but today I did, and enjoyed one with him!! 

Don't blame you Le-ah I had an ice cream lol 

So far so good, I think the worst for us is coming by the weekend. Hope it cools down for you all soon!  

It's supposed.to by Friday yet the Temps they are predicting are just as high as this heat dome we are stuck under. I don't mind the heat but my fiance and Bailey are not big fans of it. 

Yeah, it makes it hard on the animals and guys who work outside. My son is an auto mechanic so I worry about him out in the heat. I always feel sorry for the wildlife too. It's a pretty slow moving dome of heat I believe. We stay inside when it gets too bad. Do what needs to be done early or later in the evening when it cools a little bit anyway. This kind of heat is unsafe. 

It is unsafe. Yes it's very slow moving so if you guys are going to be jnder it by the weekend be prepared it's brutal out. Yeah I have been too tried going out yesterday afternoon made it to the end of my street and was like wth is wrong with me turned around and went right back home lol 

"was like wth is wrong with me turned around and went right back home lol " haha, sounds just like something Id have said!! Too funny. Not worth going out too much in that brutal heat unless necessary. Even the dogs dont want to go out!
