Lolll thank you, guys! That’s been my pattern. I get so tense in my neck and traps when I lift, especially when I try to increase my weights. On Sunday, I went to a yoga class and did like 100 downward dogs. Felt fine afterwards, but the shoulder DOMS really killed the next day. I’m back to normal for now, lol

Glad to hear you are doing better! I go to yoga class every Saturday (hot) and Sunday (power). Always feels good. Cute nails btw! I stopped doing my nails for a while to let them breathe and save some money.😁

Thanks, sis 💖 Oh man, I can’t do the hot yoga. I tried it once in my 20s and felt so sick 10 minutes in! I love power yoga. It’s amazing how it can turn from a relaxing, centering practice to a full on bodyweight strength session. I get letting your nails breathe and it really does get so expensive. I don’t feel like I’m fully “done” unless I have a mani. I don’t go to the salon anymore, I always do them myself. And I taught myself how to use the gels in a way that it doesn’t damage my natural nail. It’s become a monthly ritual for me.
