Okay, so I know I said I wouldn't weigh again til day 10 of my challenge, but I just really needed some encouragement in this cold day, and it worked!! I'm so happy with this weight this morning. Just gotta keep what I'm doing, stay determined. I can do this! I've done it before, and I'll do it again, only better!! Have a great day and stay safe!
