I weighed in today, and I'm down another 4 pounds. HooRaah! However, this is still just the beginning, and I need to stay focused on doing everything I can to keep it coming off.
It's Labor day, and traditionally a day to barbecue; but since I only have one rib and a few chicken leg quarters, it's not worth firing up the grill; so it'll be going in the oven instead, with a homemade LC bbq sauce. It's hard to find a commercial bbq sauce that's LC, so it's time to make my own; and it should be good.
