Had a tough day with hunger today, something I haven't felt since starting LCHF. I let go a lot of fluid today but I resisted the temptation to weigh myself again. I might do it on Saturday. Yesterday after the fast, I only ate 90% of my calorie goal but didn't feel hunger then. Maybe it caught up to me today. Anyway, will make sure to get enough fat tomorrow.
