Thanks Wifey. After almost 5 years on this latest journey I think I've got it figured out 😊 I really didn't eat a lot different than I do at home. Breakfast was my usual fresh fruit & an English muffin. Dinners were healthy choices....even with a couple of resteraunt meals....one including fries. The biggest difference was lunch was sometimes a few more calories than home & there were some adult beverages. There were snacks on the beach but I tried to use restraint there, too. Sunflower seeds, pork skins, baby carrots, cheddar popcorn & a nectarine.
