Been cranking out the miles on the exercise bike. Have noticed alot more muscle mass in my thighs. Since I can't eat alot of meat cause of kidney disease that is what I seem to crave. Funny huh? Most people crave sweets and I crave half a black Angus hahaha. Maybe tomarrow I'll weigh myself. Good luck to me!
