Ha Ha.............this is my 35th day of tring to lose weight.
I now weigh what I weighed after my first loss...eleven days into
my diet. And 24 days later....wah la...........back to 205#s.
Sooooo Ha Ha. And as we know we are all different, I had to take control of my body, and CHANGE my diet. Some things work for many but not all. I will tweek...tweek and tweek, until I lose!!!!
93.0 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 36.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
