Had an all out binge day yesterday. I ate nothing but junk food all day. I had my daughter and granddaughter over and we watched 6 hours of football while eating bacon cheeseburgers, chips and dip. Also had fudge bars and chocolate. That bumped my daily calorie average up to 1,324 for January to date. I had a good 4+ mile walk at a good pace this morning before heading to work, and I plan to do an extremely low calorie day today coupled with low calorie days through the rest of the week to bring me back to the 1,200 calorie average that I've targeted for the month.
