Binge ate last night.... I can eat perfectly through the week days and evenings because of my routine, but for some reason the weekends are sometimes disastrous.

I used to binge a lot more, like almost every other day, so i should feel good about that. On the other hand i would like my eating to be 100% under control. I bloated up 3 lbs.... ugg.. hopefully it will go back down with a few days.

do any of you have advice to stop the binge before it starts? I am thinking of putting up notes to myself and snapping a rubber band to my wrist.

I'm not always successful, but I use emergency accountability. I call someone, or come on here and post what I'm feeling and that I'm not going to. It helps when I actually make myself do that.

I saw a 3 video series by Isabel Foxen Duke about binge eating and it helped me get a better understanding of it and cleared my head. If you youtube her name, her emotional and binge eating videos will come up. Good luck!
