To be honest, I'm not too upset. it could have been a heckton worse. at some point I'm sure I weighed in at 94...

Who knows if I will manage to get back in control. for now, I'm just happy not to gain. Keto is great when you're on it, it certainly impacts my sugars but it's like quitting smoking - getting there is super hard. Being there is easy, getting there is super hard.

I've got there before, it should be easy... but it's not. Working 2 jobs, approx 75 hrs a week... it pays the bills but some of it is caregiving and you're not in control of meals. And keto is absolutely all or nothing.

so... low carb but not keto.

On a happier note, this morning we had another (ANOTHER) morning tea. I ate carrot sticks, cheese with thin slices of pear on it, and had two very small glasses of fruit juice watered down by 2/3 glass water.

avoided the cakes, the chocolate, the crackers and guacamole, the sausage rolls and the cheese scones. So..

small wins.
91.9 kg Lost so far: 11.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
Gaining 0.1 kg a Week
