Bertahap..meskipun gapake susu protein (Krn lambung ga cocok), hrs mau gamau makan banyak , dn tggi protein (nabati&hewani). Kalo ditanya brp lama yaaa kurg lebih 9tahun.. cm bdan org kan beda2.. gbsa disamain.. ada yg cepet ada yg lama..trgantung metabolisme individu nya jg..
