Good morning, Sunday. Hubby just asked me if we are going to do anything today. That means he wants to eat out...or thinks he does. He hates the crowds, traffic, and general noise of Jersey Shore traffic on the weekends. I have learned to politely decline and suggest we go out during the week when restaurants are less crowded. This allows me to breathe easier by eating what I have committed for today. It also placates Hubby :-).
While this is day 1 of my journal, it is not day 1 of my 'weight loss career'. I have been up and down over many years of reaching a goal weight twice after large weight losses and multiple losses of 20 to 60 pounds only to have the weight creep back on. I eat compulsively and probably have the Binge Eating Disorder I have seen advertised on TV in order to sell some new magic pill or rehab course. At this point in my life, I just want to follow the plan my nutritionist has helped me plot and reach out to others with the same affliction.
