I woke at 241.4, up 2.0 from yesterday. I only ate 1350 calories yesterday, so I must have been dehydrated to get that 239.4. Denise and I are off to a company picnic today.

Morticia,that is so true!!!! Its almost unheard of today!!! Last one I went to was Pinellas County Government in the 1990's!!! My mom wpuld take me to her company ones in the 1970's!!

This was nice today. They had a DJ, raffle contests, lots of food, and a corn hole championship. Denise and I stayed for two hours and then drove to a friend's nearby distillery. I had never been there. They did a great job with it.
