Hi everyone need a bit of advice on vitamins what’s the best. Brand ? A good multivitamin for woman I eat veggies and fruit daily any advice welcome

Hi, Nadia! How are you doing? I am taking some vitamins ,too. My husband is an INDICATOR OF QUALITY 🤣 He is British and knows which company you should trust. He takes multivitamins for ADULTS by Bassetts. But by this company there are vitamins and minerals for women, too ( they are pastilles ).

I think Nature Made is a better over the counter brand unless you order online.

Are you sure you need them? Supplements just go in and go out… You might just need more rest rest rest! I am trialling physical nutrition’s Activ8 on the 90 day money back atm, for my arthritis in my hips (suddenly arrived in June last year) I’m not sure they are doing anything.. In the olden days of being young and healthy I used to buy Berocca and I’m sure they were a boost!

Nothing better than your own home cooked food! And you do lovely food! If you feel tired out maybe you need more iron. Best thing is soft apricots. Eat them (one or two or four!) with some orange juice. Don’t drink tea or coffee an hour before or after.

I do B12 but I eat mostly vegan.... although my mother always swore by multivitamins when we were children. if you need an little energy boost maybe try a little B12 and magnesium

I’m going to be no help here, but I’ve over the last few months, started with as many different coloured veggies with all the different natural vitamins and nutrients, a lot of the best quality eggs , you can afford and away from lean proteins to a more healthy fat protein, I get as many different fruits in as possible, avocado, kiwis. Coconut and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my aches and pains , my skin looks the best it has for years. I only take Vitamin D as my job is inside. All the other vitamins, I try and get from what I eat.
