Just back from 30+ kilometer bike tour around the villages here in Isaan, NE Thailand. Not lost much weight since concentrated more on gaining muscle mostly to my back and shoulders and neck area. Due to sitting much at the computer, I used to have much neck problems and stiff back. Now much better. Still on restricted diet most of the days but needed to loosen up a bit due to exercising so much.

It's been hard sometimes. Regarding that, I post here a link to the best (so far) article on losing weight. Sometimes read it when I loose my direction or hope. LOL
