Good morning, y'all! Weight fluctuations, don't you just love them when they go in the wrong direction? Me, neither. lol...I had a couple of Charlie Horses, a couple of nights ago, because I had neglected to drink my electrolyte drink. So, yesterday, my smooth brain thought, "let's drink extra!". So, today, I am retaining that water until it is released. Lesson: be consistent.
