Yes I am a carbaholic also I didn't realize till I was well on my way. I am taking control and it was crackers for me the organic ones thinking it was a better choice... I work from home at a computer all day for the office and now I am taking time for me at lunch walking 2 miles a day weather permitting.I don't walk outside if it is 6 degrees.

I am using recipe book to get more no carb low carb options and doing cold turkey...no crackers. I am not much of a bread eater or rice or sugar although I do use stevia in my green tea and occasional honey 1 tsp for allergies. this all stared after major hip replacement surg and I want to ge tthe excess weigh off. thanks for your support
