Hi everyone, just started fatsecret today but it is actually day 6 today since I started my weight loss and have lost 2.8 kilos so far. I know it's better to go slow but I have to lose a lot of weight before going back to Japan or I won't be able to buy clothes, so I'm following an intense diet plan and exercise. Hope to find some buddies to support each other through hard times.xD btw, how do you change the goal thingy? I want to lose around 35-40 kilos but I think it's best to set the goal around 10kg for now.
I want to be 50 kg again. ;) :)

check out dietdoctor.com for a good rapid weight loss. It is very low carb and and about 2 pounds a week weight loss.

Thank you for the support guys. You're right FloridaAngel, it rocks!! I love the recipes, I'm a terrible cook but some of them look easy enough for me to make without setting the kitchen on fire.

Nyhardhat, I'm currently following a diet plan to lose up to 10 pounds a week but I will also check the link you provided. ;) every little thing helps, thank you.
