So I dropped 5 pounds in a day. I think a lot of the weight gain happened due to being backed up. A 3 pound weight gain over Memorial Day weekend sounds a bit more accurate.
78.2 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 13.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
