Weight still the same this week, which is something of a miracle!
Have enjoyed a spa day with evening meal, a weekend away for Chelsea Flower Show and finally our daughter's birthday celebrations with the obligatory Prosecco 🥳🤩
57.6 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
