It's been a few days so I weighed myself. One pound. I'm disappointed it's not more. I guess it's better than gaining. Trying to keep focused on every bit counts and over time it will be more significant l.
100.2 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
