The last few days have been an emotional roller coaster...Brian is getting ready to go to Regina for work and so many loose ends for him. He distances himself from me when he is stressed and I feel left out. I know I need to let him figure things out but as a couple...we need always to share things with each other. I try not to eat through the emotions but it is one of my excuses. Having Kelly here is very nice...she is a sweetie but I feel the need to cook more and then it is tempting. Perhaps shovelling snow later will help me get rid of some anxiety.

The important part is that you know your weakness is emotional eating. Hang in there. Cook healthy and store in freezer for the week. You are strong and can do it, good luck.
