My first progress photo at around 140-ish pounds!
I've been working on the "mom pooch" by doing planks, bicycles and bridges a few times a week. I'm hoping to do monthly side-by-side photos to track photos like my last weight loss journey.
Also, please excuse the milk emoji's. I'm a breastfeeding mom and don't wear bras around the house and didn't want to expose myself like that on here 😂
I'm not actively working out everyday, so I know my progress will be slow and steady. As long as I'm consistent I know I'll get to my goal weight 🩷
