Again, another good day and a good start to this journey. I know that the pounds will not come off this quickly as I progress, but it sure is nice to see the scale go down! My blood sugar was 102 this morning, seems like a drastic drop from the 118 yesterday morning at the same time. I'll continue to monitor. According to my phone, I took over 10,000 steps yesterday for the first time since October 14th, 2015. My average is typically 6,000. I work in front of a computer most of the time, but took time yesterday to get in some steps and help a few people out with their responsibilities at work. Walked and socialized, pretty happy about that. My baseball team also had it's 2nd winter practice last evening, so I was up and moving around. Loving my morning buttered coffee right now and nuts, meats and cheeses seem to be keeping me satisfied. I stumbled across Alouette Garlic & Herbs Spreadable Cheese, seems to fit right in with keto, it is very good. I know eventually I'll crave some empty carb foods, but for now, I'll just keep trucking along. It was good to hear from you Frosty, It's been so long since I've been on here, that I thought I was probably a forgotten sole! I really enjoy the FS community. Thanks to all for the support.
