So measured this morning and I’m 15.8% fat and I’ve gained some muscle just a little so all is good for now see how it all is after my holiday away in outback qld and South Australia
75.3 kg Lost so far: 12.6 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
