I am home alone these days and watching portions. No particular diet just more fruits and vegetables, no more than one thin slice of whole wheat bread with any meal. Less meat. More fish and seafood. Fruit crumbles for dessert. I am finally slowly dropping the pounds and at this rate ( about a pound a week)I should be 134 pounds when I leave for Italy in a couple of weeks.
