@iraciinciin bener semua lagi. Hari2 ini aku emang lg menunggu wktu mens kak, trus juga kurang minum air putih, trus akubjuga motongnya lumayan.. Kalori harian ku 1800 kadang akh makan 800-900kal aja sehari

Cims : asal ga melebihi kalori maintenance aja aman sih,. Tapi kalo kalori maintenance nya rendah karena sering defisit kalori ya pasti Nahan lapar,
