Weighing every 3 days is working, it’s not so discouraging when I fluctuate upwards. I discovered my body doesn’t like the fiber source inulin. It has a sticky texture & my intestines don’t move it well. The same thing happened with collagen powder. I’ve switched my fiber to flax & chia seeds (except psyllium) oat fiber & guar gum. So far so good. I also take a high potency probiotic for women, refrigerated from the health food store not Amazon. I’m an LVN & I owned my own health food store for 20 years. I’m so thankful that I did because I became educated on the nutritional value of herbs & supplements.
