I'm so excited. I finally hit 136. I have been stuck bouncing between 137 and 138 for so long. Hopefully I can keep losing and not get stuck again.
62.0 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
