Finally went to the gym last night, and it felt WONDERFUL to be back. It's so dumb that I stopped going because I was doing SO well. Today is a new day. I feel great!! I need to remember this as I continue my weight loss journey because I know I will have days I won't feel so great. I need to remind myself of my goals...and I need to think of some SHORT term goals to keep me on track.
