i feel like im on the right track with my life. my weight loss journey is starting to take off. i started drinking more water. i started excersizing yesterday. my appetite has gone down. the little changes are leading up to something so big for me. my youngest daughter told me i look skinny. i giggled but honestly i can feel some fat has come off of my stomach. i feel more energetic now. im so happy with my self and it shows. i want to weigh my self but i have to wait til monday. hopefully its good weight loss.
