Day 7. I had a dream I cheated last night. I woke up with a head ache and feeling yucky. After a shower I feel glad that I've stuck to what I said I was going to do. So crazy to find freedom in restraint. Still fighting hunger, I know this will subside. I'm debating getting a ketone meter to keep track. I don't think I'm in ketosis yet but doing ok. Not too many signs of the detox flu.
