WOW!! Yesterday was my first FULLY successful day of atkins WOE, and I lost 1.2 pounds! I have to keep encouraging myself, especially at night as I am a night owl. REALLY wanted an apple and cottage cheese last night...even has visions of dipping the apple in the cottage cheese!! LOL!! I shook it off and went to sleep. I told myself I want good health and to look good more than I want the apple!!

If you are heading for bed convince yourself your body doesn't need extra food just rest. Have a glass of water, brush your teeth. Usually brushing your teeth will help any cravings.

If it's true hunger have some good fat & that should help.

It is sooooo hard to get no snacking, especially at night, so congratulations!!! I sometimes have visions of chocolate 😂

The best part of Atkins is my cravings are gone! Although I still steer clear of cooking shows! Great job. ..it takes getting used to that's for sure.
