Pretty frustrated with my body and my weight right now. I've been stuck in the 154-153 zone for like almost a month now. I've also had my "cycle" for about 12 days now. I'm going to go see a doctor and ask their advice because this is not okay. I don't understand why I can't lose weight and I don't understand why my body feels like doing this.
I make sure to walk at least 50 minutes a day and I have been doing medicine ball excersizes as well. What is up with this. I've heard of plateaus but a whole MONTH almost? This is obscene. Or is it?
Breakfast: green tea and 2 mozarrella cheese sticks (rf) Lunch: egg salad wrapped in lettuce, 20 almonds, 7 ounces low carb vegetable soup Diet Hansen soda to drink
For dinner I'm planning on making chicken capri and I've also made a sf cheesecake for dessert.
Any advice, or am I still being too impatient.

Sounds like doctor is a good idea - good luck
getting stuck is the pits - maybe you need to 'jolt' your body out by changing your exercise plan - maybe try some wieght lifting type things - nautilus machine type stuff, or really push your heart rate a bit higher a couple of times a week (not too much - to 60% of max, then gradually up to 70%) and check with doctor
maybe cutting the diet drinks?
But at least you are not gaining, and you did lose quite steeply at first.

I don't know if you knew this, but we have the SAME metabolism and digestion as our ANCESTORS- way back then, the body was supposed to keep from starving and since food wasn't easy to come by and we had to work really hard to get it, our bodies tried to hold onto it as best it could (ie fat. Don't be frustrated w/ your body it's just doing what it thinks its supposed to do. ps- good choice on the DR.
