The temptation to eat was not that hard yesterday, but I didn't have time to eat dinner until 8 last night. This wasn't hard until I started preparing food, but I managed to control my intake. I ended up eating the food the moment it was ready (dessert was immediate). But it all worked out. I think I will need to figure out something if I am going to do TOPS meetings in the evening so that I don't go without food that long.
