A tired, quiet day. Didn't feel like sticking my finger so didn't. Made a gallon of milk into yogurt. Most is being strained overnight, some is just left creamy. This is the least time I've fermented a batch so guess I'm going to take it out and leave on the counter cuz I want lots and lots of those helpful microscopic 'bugs' in it, 6 varieties cuz I used part of a cup of Chobani for culture. Next batch I'll just use some of this week's product as culture.
